5th Grade Activities + T-shirt Orders

The PTA’s 5th Grade Committee organizes events throughout the school year to celebrate our 5th graders! Below is a list of all the PTA-Sponsored events that the 5th Grade Committee is planning!! 

• 5th grade t-shirt 
• Artist in Residence 
• Community service project 
• Teacher breakfast 
• 5th grade social events and gatherings 
• Pie a 5th grader 
• Moving on ceremony 
• Class picnic 

Activities are funded by the CES PTA along with 5th grade families. The CES PTA asks that each 5th grade family contribute $45 per 5th grade student. Contributions help offset costs of the 5th grade t-shirts (worn throughout the year), the community service project, the staff breakfast and class picnic. 

Financial aid is available. Please reach out to Mrs. Palich (jennifer_palich@hcpss.org). All 5th grade students receive a t-shirt. 

What do you need to do? 

• By October 4th, submit 5th grade payment of $45 per student online at: https://cespta.net/product/grade5 or pay by check (see back) 
• IMPORTANT: When you pay (either online or by check), please provide your student’s t-shirt size. 
• We will communicate via the PTA newsletter, PTA Facebook page or through the 5th grade teachers
